Joel Criste, CEO

Mr. Criste is a seasoned healthcare executive having worked with many Bay Area physicians, hospitals, and medical groups covering finance, practice management, health plan operations, and creating healthcare programs & partnerships. He has been acquainted with many of the physicians and staff of Marin Cancer Care since early in his career and has always been impressed with the collaboration, quality, and character of the practice. He is thrilled to join this team of committed and compassionate physicians, nurses, and staff. Mr. Criste is a 30-year resident of the North Bay and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College (Moraga, CA).

Regi’ Moreland, Office Manager

Regi’ Moreland is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in management and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Throughout her career, she has focused on building efficient, compassionate healthcare teams that prioritize the patient experience while maintaining high operational standards. Regi’ believes that outstanding leadership begins with supporting and developing employees, empowering them to provide the highest level of care to every patient. She is dedicated to creating organized, collaborative clinical environments where both staff and patients feel valued and supported. Her commitment to compassionate care, continuous improvement, and effective practice management has made her a trusted leader within the healthcare community.
