Qigong is a form of gentle movement and still meditation that uses breath and the mind to work with energy in the body. The intention is to help patients and practitioners regain a deep sense of trust in the body and to encourage an open, relaxed, and calm mental state that allows the body to more easily heal itself.

    Mindfulness meditation is a powerful tool for managing

    and empathy. Regular practice can improve both mental
    and physical health.

    Join us each week, from the comfort of your home, for
    a virtual guided meditation. In each session, you will
    learn and practice skills to calm the body and mind.
    Topics will include gratitude, resilience, stress reduction,
    pain management, relaxation, and more.
