Each session will focus on a specific area of health and wellness, such as strengthening the immune system, cardiac health, stress reduction, pain management, restful sleep, and deep relaxation.

That’s because chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery place extra demands on the body and certain treatments can lead to side effects making it difficult to meet your body’s nutrient needs.Eating the right kinds of foods before, during and after treatment can help you:

    • Keep up your strength and energy
    • Maintain a healthy weight
    • Preserve lean body mass
    • Reduce the risk of infection
