Jennifer S. Chang, MD, PhD

A native of the Midwest, Dr. Chang graduated from Harvard Medical School and holds a PhD in Genetics from Harvard University. She completed her residency at the University of California San Francisco, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Chang has published numerous papers on breast cancer and brain metastasis treatment, among other topics.

Dr. Chang’s desire to work closely with patients drew her to MCC. It was the practice’s philosophy of compassionate, attentive care that appealed to her most.

In addition to a keen interest in the latest advances in radiation, Dr. Chang has a passion for music and cycling. In her free time, she plays violin in chamber ensembles and orchestras, and tours by bike in the Bay Area and beyond. A strong advocate for a healthy lifestyle and the arts, Dr. Chang says she’s happy to inspire her patients, but that they also inspire her.
