    Asian Medical Healing Arts and the Seasons

    Please join us as we explore the seasons and staying healthy. In Asian Healing Arts theory, there are 5 natural elements that exist within us, as they do in nature. The 5 elements demonstrate how all aspects of our health are interconnected with nature and our environment. Each season belongs to a particular element and has unique correspondences. When we understand the balance of nature’s patterns and cycles, we can learn how to support our own health and live harmoniously with the seasons.
