Meeting our nutritional needs on a daily basis is important for optimizing our health and wellbeing but is particularly important while undergoing cancer treatment. That’s because chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery place extra demands on the body and certain treatments can lead to side effects making it difficult to meet your body’s nutrient needs.

Drop-ins welcome. However, space is limited.
To reserve your spot please call Jeannine (415) 925-7853.

Each session will focus on a specific area of health and wellness, such as strengthening the immune system, cardiac health, stress reduction, pain management, restful sleep, and deep relaxation.
