At Marin Cancer Care, he now leads the clinical research program, overseeing Phase 1 through Phase 3 clinical trials and helping bring promising new therapies to patients in the community.
Dr. Mazidi believes that exceptional cancer care requires more than treating the physical illness alone. He takes a holistic approach to each patient’s journey, recognizing the importance of emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being alongside cutting-edge medical treatment. His goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for while receiving highly individualized, evidence-based therapy.
He treats all cancer types, with particular expertise and interest in thoracic malignancies and hematologic cancers.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mazidi enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and surfing.
